WebWe have Fortnite, and Rocket League as fully cross-play. Two competitive multiplayer games. If you’re saying games like Sea of Thieves, Gears of War 4, Killer Instinct etc... those are Microsoft to Microsoft (Xbox to PC) and don’t count as full crossplay.
