WebSep 3, 2024 · The problem is caused by the fact that the model has some vertices in the long edges that make the outline very slightly concave and you are using the hide seam option which looks to find the most concave corner. All the other corners are convex and so it was choosing the slightly concave corners. Thanks for doing this. WebLet it lay down a few layers to make sure you see the issue then use the tune menu to change flow to 102%. Let it do a few layers to see if you still have an issue. If you do, bump up the flow again to 104%. Keep doing that until you no longer see gaps between the walls. Then you can change the Cura setting for future prints. A quick note here.
WebAl you have to do is use the printer screen. Disconnect the tube from the htend so when you extrude filament it comes out of the extruder and not into the hotend. Preheat the hotend as if your going to print. This is because the firmware is set to not extrude unless at a minimum 180 Celsius is reached.
