WebAug 20, 2024 · I finally got through to customer services on my 6th attempt and after waiting 45 minutes, spoke to an extremely rude and unhelpful american lady, who kept sighing and kept asking 'are you sure its a fisher paykel fridge' she then put me on hold without asking and waited 20 more minutes and then she cut me off : ( will never buy from these people … Web1st class service all round from Fisher… 1st class service all round from Fisher & Paykel. Very easy to contact and the slight issue we had was covered under warranty. Technician visit booked in quickly. Richard arrived on time and was a star, rectifying the issue and fitting a new water filter in the same visit….. thank you so much! 5* service
