WebDec 7, 2014 · On that rifle a loose forearm is usually a sign that the barrel nut is coming loose but its easy to fix though. Just push the barrel back in, clean the threads, apply Loctite ,and tighten it back up. I also have a Sears TW 3T (Winchester 190) and had the same loose forearm.
