WebGetting a proper coarse file is non-trivial (and not cheap either). The best I've found is a 14 inch, slightly coarser than most bastard files. It's very fast for a file, but tiring to use, and still slower than an angle grinder with a grinding disc. (I like doing things the non-power tool way, hence the file collection.
