Shadowed Unit Frames is what I use, you can enable/disable various bars and also set how you want buffs displayed and where on/beside/bottom/top etc you want them to show and how big. Also a lot less memory hog then XPerl (I switched from XPerl to SUF, XPerl was bogging wow down ^^;) WebUsing zperl but for raid frames using shadowed. Does shadowed have the same functionality on play and target frames (cast bar, buffs, debuffs etc?).
