Briefly, 1×10 4 cells per well were plated in 96-well plates and treated with different doses of rGO–Ag nanocomposite (0, 5, 10, 25, and 50 µg/mL) for 24 h. WebThe LDH assay was effective in measuring dead cell density in monolayer cultures and in alginate-encapsulated cells simply by measuring the LDH concentration secreted into the medium. Further validation of these assays was shown in two additional cell lines (rat muscle and mouse embryonic fibroblasts).
