WebbI used to love baking and then learned I have Celiac disease (no gluten which means no wheat, barley, or rye) and yeah... Gluten free baking with replacement flours just isn’t the same. I miss it so I have been fiddling with recipes that are naturally gluten free. Flan was so much more intimidating in my head that it actually turned out to be.
