Webb10 dec. 2016 · Same low fps even with ENB off. i5 4590, GTX 970 OCed to 1524mhz. Both are usually 70% load but my fps still caps at around 45. In games like GTA V my 970 temps go to 85 degrees, in skyrim it seems like it doesn't want to perform and maintains at 70 degrees celsius.
